Shopurfood provides a collection of resources to manage an online store, process orders and sell products online and other services. The following are the terms and conditions for using Shopurfood along with any amendments thereto and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time by us. By accepting these terms and conditions, we consider that you have read, understood, and you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions read under full consciousness.

Service and terms

The services provided are subject to these terms and any operating rules or policies that Shopurfood may publish from time to time. Shopurfood may make changes or modifications to this agreement at any time, and such changes or modifications are effective immediately upon the earliest of (a) Shopurfood will advise you of any such changes and modifications through an email notification, (b) The Date of Last Revision date, at the top of these terms, after such changes or modifications by electronic acceptance of this agreement.

A collection of tools and resources to manage online stores, orders processed and the products sold online through the services provided. Besides, the services may include migrating services relating to you using the Shopurfood resources.

  • Delivery of product

    Files will be delivered as downloadable links or as an attachment. We will assist you in installation if needed and as per the purchase order.

  • Research

    Our team involving in research about the current trend on the particular domain and implement the new features. Even though in any case if you have any problems, contact our support team who will rectify the problem.

  • Third-party softwares/plugins

    During the development, we might have used free software/plugins provided by third parties. This may be free at this point of time. However, if any changes in the future, if not initiated, the customer has to adjust to the changes provided by third parties software/plugins or any others.

  • Limited warranty

    Due to open source technologies used, you have the right to customize the design and development, as per your wish using our source code. If your developer or any of your team customizes and an error occurs from your end, we will not provide any warranty or guarantee support which is not further applicable at free of cost. If the need is, you can hire our developers.

  • Backup copy

    It is advisable to maintain the backup of software as reasonably necessary and in case any error is encountered in the software you can check with the backup software. So backup is more important.

Customer's name and trademarks

With a connection in this agreement, by using Shopurfood, customers grant Shopurfood an exclusive right and license towards customer’s names, their trade name, brand name, and logos. Customer’s hosted sites, public information about the customers and in the hosted sites, which are not limited to the customer’s screenshot on the hosted sites and the associated photographs.

Following terms on anything related to fees and payment, upgrading and downgrading the services and any cancellation of services.

  • Fees

    In consideration of the services provided, the customer will pay Shopurfood all fees due according to the prices and terms listed on this website. Shopurfood reserves the right to modify its pricing and terms at any time, and such changes or modifications will be posted on this website and effective immediately upon the next renewal, billing period, upgrade of the services with and/or without notice to the customer. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. See our latest pricing plans.

  • Taxes

    The fees we collect are exclusive of all charges, fees, other taxes, federal, state, and/or governmental sales, goods and services, value-added services.

    The customer shall be responsible for all sales, goods, and services, value-added, harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges.

  • Payment

    We accept payment through PayPal, wire transfer and western union. Shopurfood does not provide refunds or credits for any partial days, months or years.

  • Upgrades

    All upgrades are chargeable and every customer will get a free upgrade for one year from the date of purchase.

Support policy

Here’s what we Do assist you during the free support period:

  • Explaining how to configure the default features.
  • Answering general questions on how to set up the software.
  • Solving problems that occurred because of the wrong configuration.
  • Setting up the default functionality.
  • Exploring questions concerning the workflow, if they are not the result of third-party code modification.

Things that we Never assist you during the free support period are:

  • The issues that are caused by configuration and/or code modification, exploring such issues.
  • Any issues that arise while you upgrade your platform.
  • Modifying the default functionality.
  • Resolving database issues.
